I love when a Rex Begonia blooms. I feel like I want to ring some tiny bells.
Surgery tomorrow morning. Goodbye, left shoulder. Hello, titanium replacement. The only relief I get from pre-surgery anxiety is Butternut candy bars. The relief lasts as long as the chewy bits stay stuck between my teeth. I have so much to do and all I want to do is take a nap.
This is what happens to a tulip magnolia tree when it is almost in full bloom and freezing temps move into northern KY. Each delicate pink and white blossom turns into small brown paper bags.
I hope indoor plants fit in the Gardening theme. I offer “Purple at Sundown.”

Trump at the Natl Prayer Breakfast wants to create a Natl religion and he's using his near miss "ear shot" as evidence that God has chosen him. We need to get serious about humble prayer meetings and public prayer that is full of the Holy Spirit to counteract and show the difference.
