Well this is an odd one. The dealer of course said nothing was wrong. I drove it home and took the first picture showing 98 miles of range at 49%. I plugged in to charge and the range range shot up to 168 miles. I don’t understand why the BMS is having such a sway in what it thinks it has.

So I did a thing on Tuesday. I returned my Ioniq 6 lease early and got a 5! I just had to take advantage of the 0% financing. I loved my 6 but I am absolutely astounded with the 5! I plan to keep this car for 10+ years. Hopefully eventually in that time America finally gets it BEV act together.
It’s amazing that there were enough DC chargers to road trip across the country opened just within the last month alone! We do need more chargers but a great network already exists!

Yup it’s 100% a meme stock. No reason they should have went up today! Stocks that aren’t tied to the companies worth should be shut down in my opinion.
I can confirm that Supercharging is working with my Ioniq 6! (See below for disclaimer) I am happy to have the chargers as a backup now even if they are slow (for future forward 800v cars) and ran by a Nazi.
Love how my parents’ 21 Mach E with 50K miles on it is still estimating more than the original EPA rated range. Obviously that’s just estimated but that’s still impressive to me.
My parents finally got their Ford CCS1 to J3400 (NACS) charging adapter! Definitely a long wait (August) but at least they have it now. Happy they got the Lectron one vs the Tesla one. Anyone know of a carrying case for it? Surprised it doesn’t come with one.
