Fun fact, I’ve been running with this duo as soon as I got Champions and got to Master Ball Rank with them; it’s such a fun team when your opponent thinks they can KO the Aggron with a special move only for it to not do as much. Unless you’re Mega Charizard Y in the Sun, then you are OHKOing it

I love the fact that there’s a spider out there named after these two Monster Hunter monsters. I knew there was a fish named after Lagiacrus, but kinda forgot there was a spider named after Rathalos, so the new species being R. inagami is really cool

I still have some quests left to do, along with the Invasive Monster rematches and a couple of Calamitous Elder Dragons left to slay without repels. Also 1st time reaching the level cap in a Stories game and it still had some good challenges in spite of my level if you’re wondering about difficulty

I love my final team of Monsties. I was able to pretty much bring in a team of a lot of my favorites. The customization in this game is so good and I’m so happy they brought back element swapping with Dual Element monsters

I have finished Monster Hunter Stories 3 This is by far my favorite monster taming game and Monster Hunter game, Stories or otherwise. What an incredible adventure and finale this was 🥹

And for why any would try to do it, there’s an achievement to slay one in one go without repels and you get a decoration for this feat that will increase your maximum HP and damage dealt to enemies and reduces damage taken

Got my first Calamitous Elder slay without a repel in Stories 3!! Gonna have to do it again with the ice area’s Elder since I already had to repel it twice, so have to refight it once I do clear the final phase

In addition to the background, I went with a Dragon element Magnamalo! Meanwhile, I opted to go with a layered set I made in Sunbreak with the Daito Crow Longsword (which I currently have equipped in Stories 3) #MHart #MHST3

Oh, is it Aknosom? That’s a pretty cool Bird Wyvern, he’s the classic early Fire monster for MHRise

I want you all to look at my daughter. She is very blue and very spiky, but I love her all the same It was a long grind between all the Feral monsters, but I did manage to cause the cave Espinas to retreat. I think after getting a set of eggs for the Rite of Channeling, I’m done with the demo
