Despite Steve’s illness we’ve done so much this week in Cornwall. Today we went to Tintagel Castle (800-year old ruin) and nearby woods/waterfall St Nectan’s Glen. Pretty tired from all the exercise (including swimming in the pool where we’ve been staying) but overall a success. Home tomorrow 😅
Had a great day going to our first ever escape room with a creepy funfair theme (we got to the last room but ran out of time) and finished the day by watching Spider-Man: Brand New Day which was a lot of fun 😊
Bit of a stressful week so far with Steve being rediagnosed with diverticulitis as the cause to his pain and constipation so we’re taking it very easy on holiday in Cornwall while the antibiotics kick in. Here are some amazing owls to inspire everyone!
Can’t believe my eldest is 14 today! Happy birthday Luke! We’re going for a nice birthday lunch and then watching a film together with treats! 🥳
Last night’s game between England and France such a contrast to the Argentina game. No dodgy play. No yellow cards. Just two great teams facing each other with respect. That will live in my memory for a long time ❤️

Stella went to vet. Stella has bad teeth now which apparently can be genetic. Stella needs operation to remove teeth which will probably cost around £1000. Is it with me starting a crowdfunding thing because I don’t have the money? Poor Stella. She is hiding the pain well 😭
