Please don't base only impression on shelter photos. Black dogs do not always photograph well in those situations. They also have harder time being adopted, referred to as "black dog syndrome". But they can be loving dogs for a family.

The US is a secular nation for a reason. You can worship a 🌳 , 🐸, or 🪨 for all I care. But I do not want anyone injecting their personal religious beliefs into public policy or law.
