It's a fine example of convergent evolution. He's evolving a pleated throat (like a humpback whale) so he can swallow Big Macs efficiently and get back to telling lies more quickly.
Trump was just a symptom of the real problems in our country, which made somebody like him inevitable. If we focus too much on Trump, just because he's an obvious comic book villain, we are digging ourselves into a deeper hole. When he's gone, let's not celebrate too much. The real work begins.
