This was a good read - a taught dramatising the impact of HIV in a rural French family in the 80s with a contemporaneous charting of the research rivalry between the US and France in the discovery and treatment of the virus
Going to start recording what I am reading - and this is an incredible work to start with - stunning work of art and represents the US that I have loved and cherished in its essence
