Tfw your lunch break involves 15 mins of blueberry picking with your wife and you manage to collect a full quart from the bushes by the front door. Blueberries are coming in, y'all!

It's Orthodox Easter today, so I have been playing with eggs!

Dyed Orthodox Easter eggs on a porcelain oyster plate, which is decorated with flowers and vines in deep earthy colors. Four of the eggs are dyed with onion skins with herb leaves outlines, and have turned a lovely reddish/burnt orange color. Half are dyed with beets and red cabbage and are a deep greyish lavender color, also with herb leaves outlines.

I am also highly anxious about the world and as a result a lot of other things too. My brain is in overdrive looking for danger. So i have been playing video games and knitting furiously! And laughing at the dog, which is its own pastime.

Started a new project today - a shawl that's small enough to lug to and fro. I mostly plan to work on it in the office, so i guess it will track how busy my day was. Today's progress: an about medium busy day.

Look at this beautiful CAEK OF YARN!!! A regular-sized pair of scissors in the corner for size comparison. It's yowza by Miss Babs in Hitchhiker Birthday, which is their double-the-size skein line. I'm making a complex cable and lace argyle sweater vest!
