Throw back Thursday. #TBT For those unfamiliar- I am holding a “phone” that was attached to a wall and the piece of it in my hand was attached to that with a cord. Best upgrade was when the cord reached all the way to the living room and you could be mobile with it.

Had an good time at my first machine massage- I liked the preheat the AI arms did before working an area, was really impressed with the pressure and control I had over that, and its ability to find muscle insertion points and knots! @aescape
