When I point my phone camera at the sun, it’s really bright and blurred, but there is some kind of reflection within the phone and you can see the shape of the eclipse at the bottom!
Happy Xmas everyone, from Melbourne. Here’s to a Boxing Day test win :)
Xmas is early in Australia, and what an awesome present I’ve got. It’s a sad sad story, but a great one :)
Hello Melbourne! Our hotel was upgraded and this is the view from our new one! Not bad eh :)
@zaltzcricket.bsky.social on great from in Melbourne, despite what people on the front row think :)
A brave fight by England today, but we didn’t play well enough to win. Too many mistakes made, not least of which not playing a specialist spinner, I just can’t get my round it
Another grim cricket day in Adelaide, but I did get to stand on the hill and look at the amazing scoreboard close up. Oh, and tonight there was a rainbow :) Other than that, struggling for positives!
An amazing day in Adelaide, honours about even. A record breaking attendance, but boy was it hot, and about to get even hotter
Oh, and this guy asked to have his photo taken with me! Also, he’s stood on a ledge :)
Was just hanging out having coffee in Adelaide and here are these two! yup, Nathan Lyon and Mitchell Stark!
Security guard at the Adelaide oval let me into the Bradman collection, even though it was closed. On my own all the lights off, but despite that, it was great. Here is the bat he scored 334 at Headingley in 1930
Just seen a video on TikTok of FBI director Kash Patel. He is wearing a Liverpool football club tie!!
Nice touch on the Letterboxd app, when you go to record seeing Bugonia, you get this :)
My film of the year so far. Absolutely exhausted and drained emotionally after just seeing this. Just wow
Just watched the latest Daniel Auteuil film, that he both directs and stars in, Le Fil (An Ordinary Case). I could watch Daniel Auteuil on the toilet and love it, but this was better than most.
Beautiful sunny day in Headingley and Harry Brook skippering the team. Not much is better than this #EngvSA
It’s not every night you go see a band a someone has a home made Gram Parsons denim jacket on! I was in awe, and I thought I was the biggest Gram fan in Leeds!
It looks like it may take me some time to get my car out of this car park tonight!!
