A bit of a combo here. Games 10 and 11. Played through chrono cross for the first time in ages. The speed up function in the switch version was very very welcome. Also played radical dreamers since they localized it for the chrono cross re-master. A really cool little text adventure.
We're stepping away from Bakeru (maybe permanently) and starting up Live A Live tonight! A game i just adore. I just hope our internet connection cooperates. Been shakey lately. Links in the comments.
Game 9 ish. Gonna count this even though it isnt a full game. Finished chapter 5 of Deltarune. Phenomenal. I hope Toby and co. Get chapter 6 together sooner rather than later.
Finally a Shiny in Pokémon Champions! I just doubt I'll be using this guy anytime soon... #charizard
We may or may not be able to get back to bakeru tonight. Internet is being a bit inconsistent right now. Oh and for those who were wondering how Bonsai is since we had to cancel do to a pet emergency, he's back from the animal hospital and is in good spirits now!
My first SS uma. Excited but didnt expect El Condor Pasa to be my first one to get there.
Just finished reading Vol1 of Ichi the Witch. Pretty good! I like the stark contrast between the attitude/mindset of the main character and everyone else around him.
Game 8! Yoshi's Island. A timeless game that easily lands in my all time top 10 games. A wonderful experience that just oozes charm. Its available in the NSO offerings on the switch 1/2 so there's a nice easy way to play it on modern hardware! youtube.com/playlist?lis...
Game 7 Castlevania Rondo of Blood. An absolute gem. Tight game play, great sound track, whats not to love? Its conveniently part of a collection with Symphony of the Night. Pick it up if you can! youtube.com/playlist?lis...
The Sheep Detectives was waaaaaay better than I expected it to be. I cried. Go watch it.
We've been at this for a long time now, and im not normally one to harp on milestones... but we're 3 subs away from 200 on YouTube! If anyone wants to do me a solid and help us get their, I'd appreciate it. Youtube.com/@ductapeplays
Got to Ultraball with this group of strange little guys. Kleavor was a Tauros before, but I was experimenting with stone axe. Turns out, free stealth rock, pretty good. Sucks not being able to easily OHKO sneasler like tauros could though. #NintendoSwitch #PokemonChampions
Number 6! Breath of Fire 3! An excellent replay! Loved it from start to finish and maaaaan the sprite work is so good.
Next stream we're starting up Ghost of Yotei! The very rare modern game on my channel
Pokopia was number 5. Not done playing it, but the credits have rolled! Very solid sandbox game. If you liked Dragon Quest Builders, you'll love this.
4th game! The Plucky Squire! A very cute little action adventure game where you manipulate pages in a story book to solve puzzles! Unfortunately it is a little bit of a style over substance situation, never presenting any sort of real challenge in its puzzles/mini games. Worth checking out on sale.
Game 3! Sonic x Shadow Generations. The new shadow campaign levels were a lot of fun and it was nice to revisit sonic generations. I wish they had found a way to include the 3ds exclusive stages. Would have been a nice touch.
Second game of 2026! Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk! A first person dungeon crawler with a lot of party customization depth. Theres a bit of a disconnect between the story and dungeon crawling til VERY LATE in the story. Overall a good game experience, though very somber story wise.
Time for my games finished in 2026 list to start! First up: EarthBound! One of my all time favorites. If you haven't played this classic JRPG, do yourself a favor and check it out.
