I don’t know who the author is, but i’m guessing he’s Portuguese because these two figures 👇 are very well known figures from Portugal. The woman is Amalia Rodrigues, who was a famous Fado singer. And the man is Aristides de Sousa Mendes, a diplomat who helped numerous jews escape the nazis
