The struggle to find the motivation for swimming was real tonight but i felt better after doing it!

I’ve been unhappy with myself for a long time and i finally done something about it. 1 month in and the progress is slow but i’m happy and i’ve enjoyed being more active and noticing little differences in myself as the weeks have gone by. Definitely motivated to continue 😊
