Speaker Johnson, LA rep, wants to set terms or "conditions" for California fire aid. I have a better idea. Let Californians keep ALL their money (federal aid money), and Louisiana can keep ALL theirs. No federal $ transfers from CA to LA or back. I mean how many Katrinas are y'all gonna have?
