Gray sky is over New England, so a bit of sunshine in my cup this morning. Hot water with lemon, honey, and cinnamon. I know, honey is not #Vegan, but I’m using it as medicine to finally get rid of this cold.
I was able to donate to a charity by playing a silly solitaire game on my phone. Just a tiny amount, but my heart is with you.
Praying for you always. Ukraine came up in conversation the other day with a Ballroom Dance competitor. They got to the on-deck area and saw that all the other couples were from Ukraine and knew they would never win because Ukraine ballroom dancers are the best in the world.
My first try for vegetable scrap broth. I thought slow cooking was the better way, but I just read that it takes almost twice as much energy as pressure cooking. I just wanted something warm and bubbly on this cold wintery day. #GoPats
A new neighbor? So jealous! I’m taking Positive steps toward RV living again myself, I managed to trade in my leased Impreza and should be picking up my Forrester this week. She can only tow 1500 pounds, but once I get some equity, I can trade that one for something that can tow more. #RVLife
