Very sorry to hear about Betye Saar who has died four days short of her 100th birthday. Amazing artist. Saw this recently. The ironing board is printed with the famous Brookes slave ship plan, the sheet monogrammed KKK. A whole history of labour right there.
This is an actual design for a building. MVRDV. ‘Shift Embassy’ whatever that is. Gross.
