Today was my great grandpa‘s birthday. He was a kind and decent man who was married for 70 years,, raised seven kids, and worked hard all of his life. Grandma and I put the pinwheel on his headstone in honor of his birthday on Flag Day. This was her dad. This is who we honor today.

Between my job and my yardwork and mowing church and mowing Gma’s yard, I have put my back into spasms. Can’t wait to go home for a shower and a muscle relaxer. Back pain sucks.
Sorry about my terrible, trying to be sneaky video but if this is a “truck” why do you need the giant rack on top? Isn’t that blocking the bed? The part of the truck that supposed to haul things.

Just sent this video to my landlady. It is water pouring into my basement. Which also happened to be where I was sitting so when it’s all clear, I need dry clothes.
Last night, the seven-year-old baked cakes by herself. She read the directions, did the measurements, mixed it, and baked it. Delicious funfetti cake cakes.
Took advantage of after storm breezes to show the child kite flying. It was delightful.
