Sometimes I will do a very simple self-care thing like putting lotion on my hand before bed and be like "that was so easy, I will do this everyday" and then forget that I even have hands for the next 6 years.

When you're talking to another ADHD person and both of you are switching topics every 30 seconds, adding random side comments, and forgetting what you originally talking about but it still makes perfect sense and the conversation keeps moving because it feels so natural and easy to both of you:
