One last pizza 🥲

I think I may have just had a pizza that far surpassed anything I have made at home. I'm quite certain I make the best pizza in my area, but I can't even touch what they have in Italy.

Pullups were probably the first exercise I really spent a lot of time training to be able to do. When I started working out, I could only do negatives for months. Today my trainer had me do 4 sets of 6 reps, the last of which I could only get 3. You only fail if you give up!

Not gonna lie, chunky crushed tomatoes are worse IMO for pizza sauce than regular ones because they don't spread as well. Anyway trans rights are human rights and fuck anyone who tries to take them away.

I've learned this week that vital wheat gluten is an incredibly important component to the pizza recipe. My launches have been all sorts of terrible this week because I was shorthanded and tried my best to substitute with flour to make up the difference.
