Bought a UV resin kit (Inc UV torch for curing) on my break today. Geeze, I wonder which of the paints in this shot are fluro. :P
Wish I’d thought of that. Instead I spent ages with wooden dowel, putty and paint. 😅
I am in a painting frenzy today upon realising I only have 8 of these dudes to finish before I will play my first ever game of Arcadia Quest, a game I promised not to play until I had enough figs painted to play a full campaign with everything painted. I’ve owned AQ for over 10’years. 🤪
It has been a while since I've listened to this, what a wonderful song. (The entire Dreamfall soundtrack is quite brilliant TBH)
Given I used to take great joy in freaking some of y’all out with my work inbox with 3k unread email, I hope y’all proud of my Inbox 0 commitment at the new job. Coming up in two months and here’s how things look. :)
Going back to paint the twin of a boardgame piece I painted about ten years ago was strangely freeing. Painted this at a close to speed paint velocity as I needed it to match a past skill level. (Second image was the figure I painted a decade ago)
First play of Tomb Raider: The Crypt of Chronos and I’m pretty impressed. VERY clean and fast moving gameplay. I am curious how complexities develop as I play through later stages (this was the intro chapter) as my only concern with the game is that unless the levels force a change up in approach,
Don’t know why I felt the need to post this but here is Australia in 1988… in just one city.
Terrible knife and fork placement I know, but this barramundi was outstanding.
Being weird by putting liquid mask on my hand while on the tram home. No. I don’t know why.
I dunno why, but stark looking boards like this get me all hot under the collar. (image taken from Dan's review linked below)
Levelling Reaper next and thought I'd really lean into the aesthetic. First time my WoL hasn't had pure white hair.
As much as I hate season character passes, I'll cave on this. Lin Beifong and Ty Lee... how could I not.
Wanted to play a boardgame. Looked at the shelves... got overwhelmed by choice and did what every competent decision maker does in such a scenario... 👯
