And since you really seem to want to know about this: the best predictor that a Catholic wouldn't vote for Trump is if they're not consistent about Mass. So IDK, I think running the "nun arrested" story is good because it shows American Catholics the leopards they voted for are eating their faces.
Wow, I caught a block from someone who is....I'm happy I don't have to interact but do you ever see anyone so genuinely contradictory you're sort of taken aback by how much cognitive dissonance they must live in?
Two of my friends joined me. One of them has a uh, unique playing style. Would you believe I looked past this for almost 2 minutes and only caught it because I said "it says here big peng... Peng.... WHAT?"
I tried out Meccha Chameleon last night as a way to kick off my vacation. I feel like I might have a bit of an affinity for this game. Here are two of my better performing hiding spots.
@nposegay.bsky.social Hey, quick correction for your moderation list. I'm not "in academia" nor do I describe myself as an academic. You should probably put me in a booster list or perhaps one for accelerationists w.r.t. changing academia performance being a class sorting function.
NO. STOP. ABORT. YOU HAVE NO IDEA. DO NOT PROCEED. DO NOT GOOGLE. DO NOT INVESTIGATE.
Cool to see people in the industry going public with results: jovans2.github.io/files/vistar...
One thing that can't be overlooked in the Platner case is that it's a case of "our glorious women who we believe vs. their lying sub human femoids" vibes you get in a lot of the discourse. The centrists were right to call our Platner, but the leftists are correct to point out centrist misogyny.
Very happy with my new mouse, but it's not very coordinated with this key cap scheme. Maybe I need to find something a bit more retro to pop on.
I love how [the guy with the Nazi tattoo and all the interviews and the history of saying women should take responsibility for their own SA] is clean and pure but the woman he allegedly assaulted "might have ties to right wing organizations."
Lowkey one of the accidentally funniest and least self-aware posts I've read today. Don't get me wrong, SEs can suck. But please examine thine own behavior. Also, "No electrician has ever talked down to me" lol, lmao, you don't even know.
My camera can't catch it, too far, but I'm watching some whales play off the SF coast.
I went to a cute little burger shop for dinner and I just need you to see what I saw. Come with me.
Oh you charming city college you. Please enjoy the outside of my tailnet.
I really like books that do this. The author notes that these are questions they developed while preparing the material and that they may or may not know the answer to. And any sort of theory or decision making that connects a formalism to decisions needs to account for these infinity states.
I needed to take a day to emotionally stabilize myself and give some distance from losing my dog so traumatically, not to mention the cleanup and followup. So I'm sitting at a cafe in Pacifica waiting for breakfast reading a book on the philosophical foundations of Bayesianism the while I wait. Oof?
Still very happy with this script I put together last week. Very cool to see this palette and combo render organically. I've also made subsequent improvements to the renderer.
I just saw this dudes head morph like a fucking shape shifter.
Synths in music are ubiquitous now, and what many young musicians learn on! We've never had more musicians than we do now, and synths and drum kits are part of why that is. But in the early 80s, many musicians were *extremely* against this. Here's a liner from a Queen album. Seem familiar?
This is such an unfair thing to say to struggling teams or 1 or 2 in a world where game consumers are insanely hard on EA games.
I wake up and sure enough, a novel image based on weather and the color palette sampled from my home-assistant connected computer has appeared. Truly the future. And I suspect I'll see this color palette quite a lot over the next few months:
My methodology is very specific for making UW, and uh, I told the AI "just echo and rotate" which is neat and works shockingly well *except* in cases where the illusion breaks and then it's like some cheesy 2000's PowerPoint deck.
