Going with meatloaf. It's a variation of my grandfather's recipe. His secret was mixing in pork sausage to help it stay cohesive. I've swapped the yellow onions for red & the breadcrumbs for crushed Cheese O's, which are a type of cheese grain cracker. They add more flavor & reduce the carbs.

Yes, thank you. It's harder to jump stores when you're already using a store brand. Looks like you can get it a little cheaper by going the subscription route. I'll look for equivalent ingredients in national brands & see if I can find something comparable that still works out cheaper.
