When this creature attacks, exile another target permanent you control. You may play that card until the end of your next turn without paying its mana cost.
Whenever another permanent enters under your control, if it enters from exile or was cast from exile, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.

These animals aren’t particularly young but they are cute so hopefully they suffice

I don’t play enough draft to give a really fun answer, but I have yet to pass up the silly little frog guy in any limited format it’s been offered to me in. First in sealed because look at the silly guy, then in the free cube drafts MTGO offered because I saw what it did to Legacy
