Exhaustion is not proof of goodness. A person can be dutiful in the wrong direction for a long time. The work is not to become endlessly available. The work is to know what is worth being faithful to. #DutyPurposeSelf #MeaningfulWork
Photograph your meal. The Lineup drafts the likely foods, down to hidden ingredients and spices. You keep, drop, or add. The record builds over time. Feel unwell? One tap: Report an incident. Later, Investigate the Lineup for the suspects worth reviewing. #TheLineup #FoodTracking
Photograph your meal. The Lineup drafts the likely foods and hidden ingredients for you to confirm. Feel unwell? One tap, then rest. Later, the Suspect Lineup: Prime Suspect, Person of Interest, Cleared Alibi. Suspicion is neutral, never a verdict. #TheLineup #FoodTracking
Self-care can tell you that you need rest. It cannot tell you what a day is for. A person can be calmer and still drifting. The self matters. But the self is a terrible god. #DutyPurposeSelf #Purpose
A small thing I care about: Smiling Faces has one honest price. Not a feed. Not a private data bargain. A small attention practice that respects the person using it. #SmilingFaces #DigitalWellbeing
Photograph a meal, confirm the drafted foods, and The Lineup keeps the record. One tap reports an incident. Over time it builds a Case Board of what is worth reviewing and what is historically cleared, ready to Build the Brief for a clinician. #TheLineup #FoodTracking
Old instructions can look alive long after they become dangerous. A task list can tell you what is next. It cannot always tell you whether the instruction should still be obeyed. That is one reason we built Lodestar. #Lodestar #Operations
Smiling Faces has no account, no streaks, and no feed. The point is not to create another place to live. The point is to practice where your attention goes for a few minutes, then leave. #SmilingFaces #Attention
Before any opens an AI tool: who owns the workflow it lives inside? Not who bought the tool. Who owns what it touches, who reviews failure, and which system holds the truth afterward? #AIAdoption #Operations
A system that only works in a clean demo is not a system we can use. The kitchen table has become a useful detector of AI-workflow nonsense. Real context is the test. #AnthroAdvisory #AIConsulting
I kept telling Chris - as I worked on a half dozen projects across multiple AI tools - that I felt like I had too many tabs open in my brain, let alone on my computer. That's how Lodestar was created. #AIWorkflows #Operations #AgenticAI
Smiling Faces is live on the iOS App Store. Find the smile. Practice where your attention goes. Then leave. No account. No streaks. No endless feed. One honest price. A small, private attention practice for noticing the positive on purpose. #SmilingFaces #iOS
We made the self the highest thing in the room. Duty, at its best, is not obedience or martyrdom. It is the part of love that does not depend on mood. A life gets too small when demands consume it, and also when nothing is left worth being faithful to. #Purpose
The papers keep circling one idea this week: the small good things, like a tenner in old jeans or a parking space right when you need it. Most of us find the problem first. Smiling Faces is a small practice in noticing the good on purpose. iOS App store soon. #SmilingFaces #SmallJoys
Scheduling is a strange place for privacy to fall apart. You either overshare your calendar or spend the day writing "Tuesday after 2 or Thursday before 11." Irving lets someone book time without exposing the private shape of your week. Availability is enough. #FounderTools
Seven percent. That is how many enterprises have moved agentic AI into real operation, according to new Teradata/Wakefield research released July 7. #AgenticAI #AIGovernance
Smiling Faces beta is now live on iOS and Android. Two minutes a day. Find the one smile in a crowd of frowns. The attention-bias research is real. No notifications, no streaks. Sign up: www.getsmilingfaces.com/beta/
Ok, so www.plainsightindex.com has eight different polls over the last year that touch on how people feel about AI. Sadly, just generic positive vs negative type stuff. Essentially, while people are less negative on AI now than in February, they're getting more unsure instead of more positive.
I've been a little busy. I've honestly been trying to do to many different things. Write a new book. Build a consultancy. Be a mother. Be a daughter. Be a wife. Be a friend. But, in the midst of all of that, I decided that I wanted to make Smiling Faces, instead of just talking about it.
