No matter what happens, the spirit that made this happen will never die. One shitty man cannot take that from me, cannot take that from anyone else. Despite my deeply complicated history with Shelter, it was where I made lifelong friends. Everything changes, the spirit lives on in our new works.
What album or artist would you say profoundly reshaped the way YOU perceive music?
I got to watch my lights work in the forest last night. Unbelievable opportunity and only a fraction of the ideas I have in mind. Thank you to the rest of @petricorps.systems for all their hard work, thank you to the volunteers, thank you to everyone who came out to dance and be joyful.
Saw this one at a gallery last week. First time seeing her work in person and honestly photos don’t do it justice. Viscerally emotional.
Wildly good art book. I hope I have a chance to see all of her work across the dozen or so galleries it’s on display in.
