The Ferrari hypercar is a legit Lego Speed Champions build. I think Lego has missed the mark on some recent cars in the series, but this one is really good.
One year ago today, I fulfilled a dream of driving a race car at Le Mans. * * Well, the dream was to actually RACE a car at Le Mans. Instead, I drove it on track for a photo shoot. Close enough, right???
100% agree! Just said I'm not over there this year. Had such an amazing experience last year when we raced the Mustang Challenge support race. Bucket list item checked for sure!
Rough weekend for us at VIR in the Zenith Racing Series. We did salvage a 5th place finish for our 909 car. But our 908 car didn't make the finish due to a series of issues, finally succumbing to a fuel pump failure. But, the slushie machine performed flawlessly!

We brought the slushie to pit lane for the first time today at Barber Motorsports Park. It was even featured on the streaming broadcast!
Got the drive issues fixed just in time for the first race, but as we were pulling onto the track, I got a stuck throttle. Thankfully it occurred when it did, as if it happened on track that may have been ugly! Thankfully all got fixed for the final race, and was able to complete that one.
I'm excited to get back behind the wheel of a race car this weekend. I will be heading out to Motorsport Ranch Cresson near Ft. Worth to race in a new series and with a new team, Rapscallion Motorsports. I've raced against them before, and they are a solid group. Glad to be joining them!
I still want to find out the story about this pre-race interaction between Lando and his mechanic!
We had a great day at the Brumos Collection Saturday Social in Jacksonville. It's a must see museum, and the Saturday Social is a lot of fun. We got to meet a lot of people and talk to them about our efforts, especially our new racingformemories.org program. Click to learn more or to help out!
Years ago, I worked with Land Motorsport on their US program in IMSA. I just found an extra card signed by Mies, Morad, and Feller. Not a bad lineup, right? If anyone is interested please let me know. I would just ask for a donation to my nonprofit. Highest bidder gets it!

I am so excited to make this announcement regarding End Alzheimer's Motorsports! It's been a lot of work to get to this point, and the hard part is still to come. But, I'm finally ready to announce the details of our newest effort to support those with Alzheimer's.
Super excited about a brand new program that we are starting! Logo unveil coming very soon, as well as more info about the program and how you can help us with our pilot project.
I'm really thrilled that it's warming up so quickly.
Flashback to 2016 and my first real job in professional racing....spotter for Starworks Motorsports. I got asked to do it 3 hours before the race and then ended up doing 15+ hours up on the roof!
