Wanted to do a sunrise swim at our spot but we saw this upon arrival so we took it as a sign and went to a different spot lol
1/2 Gonna go volunteer at farmers market for the first time since silhouette died cause that marked when I stopped doing a lot of things. I also made the decision to cut ties with my sister who raised me this week if you’ve followed me awhile I might have spoken about it before.
I’ve been rereading the bright sword by lev grossman for a book club I’m in enjoy some screens of my note taking chaos I wanna do a real commonplace journal sometime I think.

I called Lexi’s name and this is the face they both made. Lexi had a long night at the emergency vet she ate something that upset her tummy and she was walking funny and not holding her head up but all is good and passed through just a very expensive scare 😭

Morning swim to start the day nicely makes me wonder why I don’t do shit like this more often. Yall I think my switch to Wellbutrin might be working for me
Had a really good day swimming at the creek shared space with some Marshallese people who were playing music and grilling and they offered us plates of food and said “on our islands we believe in sharing” and I almost cried mostly bc it’s one of those moments that gives you a little bit of hope.
We took Lexi to tanyard creek to see how she’d be around medium people she did fairly well but it was a lot for her by the end so we will continue acclimating her slowly to see if she’s gonna be a go places dog. If not and she’s a stay home dog that’s ok too 🩷
We rescued Lexi from my moms and now she’s officially home. She did so good meeting the pigs and Amelia and wasn’t too bad with the birds just a little instinct to playfully chase but nothing aggressive and certainly can be trained.
Clipped together yesterdays nature excursion. I’ve never walked under a waterfall before and it was amazing.
The book I'm using for the first of my ACEO sets based on reference from my own library is called "The Lore of Love" From the Enchanted World collection by time life books published in 1987. Stay tuned to see which pieces make it into my inspired collection:)

Depending on where you’re from four hours driving 8 round trip is a lot right ? Like I just did this drive and now I’m gonna do it again because of course I am look how cute she is🥹
1/2 So my moms dog that she got thinking she could have trained as a seeing eye dog cannot in fact be done that way because that’s not how it works and she now needs to rehome this dog so she can apply for a seeing eye dog through the proper channels and luckily i saw this coming so I agreed.
