Andy received a 1st Birthday card from Chewy yesterday. I love that company. It included a 20% off code for birthday gifts and of course that’s where I will purchase his birthday presents!!

I waited until my baby was finally healthy to post. Andy was neutered the end of March. His surgery went smoothly but his sutures were inflamed. He had developed an abscess. He couldn’t walk. He wouldn’t drink or eat. We called our vet after hours and they met us at the office.
💙 we are still here. We have a moral compass and compassion. Our heads are down but we are not out. We are working towards the blue wave 🌊
Fast forward to the good part… I am still waiting for the moment everyone is dancing in the streets.
Every so often I post this as a reminder. To myself and others that I tried so hard!! The frustration is still real. Everything I warned about happened! The date is on the post. November 1st, 2024. I voted early. Sometimes I just want to scream!

There are examples on YouTube now. Have you ever seen a sand, rock, charcoal, cloth filter? In a pinch you don’t need charcoal just more layers of rock and cloth or coffee filter. You can make a larger on smaller filters. It works the same way. You can buy an emergency filter on Amazon.
