In May I went on a run through Humboldt Park in Chicago, with Puerto Rican flags everywhere, and ICE out signs everywhere too. Today I went on a run in Oak Park, a small suburb right outside Chicago, and saw not one sign against ICE? Telling! Cute houses tho

We went on a boat tour of Pictured Rocks Lakeshore yesterday and it was lovely and then I looked at my pictures and was like, holy shit it was so lovely!

Updates: went with long songs, started too fast, suffered until the end, recent history PR (in my 40s PR), laughably slow compared to the field because this race is too fast and annoying, got donuts on the way home. Also it was HOT Anyway my 3 songs that I pulled from a half marathon playlist
