Defined as a senior by some, a strong, compassionate independent woman by others. My parents taught me that there should always be room at the table for one more, and to always have extra pillows and blankets for those in need.
One of these things is not like the other. I am so grateful I got to celebrate the bicentennial. We were one country, a great country, a respected country. Maybe one day we will be again.
