A large terrarium is in the corner of a room, with Nova-Scotia themed paintings on the walls. The terrarium is filled with handing and potted plants, various driftwood and bark pieces, a coconut-hut and little caves. A basking lamp and a heat lamp hang from the top. There is an approximately 6-month old crested gecko hiding in the foliage.

The mustard-yellow crested gecko can be seen in the middle of the frame behind the foliage, with its head and tail visible.

Current State: Sleepy Couch Potatoes 😆

Soooo my flight home from Mazatlan got cancelled today. Currently settled in by the poolside, strawberry mango daiquiri in hand, newly purchased hat on head, keeping our same room, transfer to airport arranged for tomorrow and flights ready to go. Could be waaay worse, that’s for sure 😆

A reproduction hangs proudly on my living room wall. I did one of those Silent Auction benefitting the local children’s hospital pops in my local grocery store a few years ago. I would give anything for an original, but sadly they are waaayyyyyy beyond my price range now.
