It's not perfect, but this is what I used last year to plan my trip to the UK/Germany, and again this year to plan my trip to Japan. I put flights and trains and their confirmation numbers in one row, hotels and their confirmation numbers in the next, and then a listing of activities for the day.

I won’t lie, I did tear up a bit seeing +Sarah’s name inscribed on the walls of Canterbury, the first woman in their 1500 years.

History was made at Canterbury Cathedral this afternoon when - following her Confirmation of Election at St Paul's as the first female Archbishop of Canterbury - Sarah Mullally's name was added to the plaque that lists every previous holder of the office, all the way back to 597 and the first Archbishop of Canterbury, St Augustine. It's so industrial their zoning map only bothers to color in the parts of the city that *aren't* industrial. The big chunk of residential in the middle is literally an uninhabitable Superfund site because they built a housing project and elementary school on top of an abandoned lead smelter
