The Darcy being arrogant memes go on for days.
We are home! I have zero plans this weekend other than decompress from my vacation. What are you doing this weekend?
I’d argue Jane over Mary in P+P. Ooohh, even Anne could work.
I’m reading “Jane Austen at Home” by Lucy Worsley and it’s a really interesting approach to a biography. While I thought I knew a lot about Jane, Worsley’s biography is filling in the minute details I may have missed!
I have procured a copy of #PrideAndPrejudice in Slovak! (This in addition to my copies in Croatian and Slovenian!)
What do you think of "Jane Eyre?" I have opinions!

I would argue they would be a riot grrl band and that Emily would be the lead singer since she is full of rage.
Pop quiz! Who said this quote?
Jane Austen tarot! Imagine my surprise when this showed up in my mailbox last week. I had completely forgotten I had pre-ordered it months ago. I like the card stock used, very easy to manipulate with shuffling and such. You should be able to find these everywhere. #TarotSky
Happy Valentine's Day from Excessively Diverting!
Austen: Harriet Smith would throw shade on TikTok. Brontë: Catherine would attempt to be an influencer on Instagram.

The Brontë canon sorely overlooks Anne.
