I tried seeing if I could disable the diagnostic check in the bios and I can't do that either. Another thing I found is the battery is pretty swollen. I decided against putting it back into the laptop so need to get a new one. So I technically just have a ticking time bomb on my desk now lol.

I have now taken apart the laptop in question!! The fan is still broken! It's super stiff, I loosened it a bit but ultimately wasn't able to fix it enough so it still beeps super loud because of the fan. The laptop is like 10 years old so. The video is from before I cleaned it too btw.

I've been getting a bunch of the DC Compact comics and I keep them on there sides so I can save space but the Nightwing one annoys me so much cause in the art on the spine it's upside down but the text its right side up T-T.

These are a better look at the necklaces I was wearing too and the floral pattern on my top. The 2 devil themed ones I got from the @romerogames.bsky.social pride shop a couple years ago but I don't think you can get them anymore and I got the chain choker and the nail cross as a gift years ago.

These leather and iron rings I got last year from Anu Tera are my favorite things too so getting complemented while wearing them feels good. If I ever get the money to buy more stuff from them I 100% am they are beautiful.

For those that can't make sense of the spinning mesh on the Main Menu that's slowly growing out for some reason that's definitely my fault, that's my little rendition of the Crystal City. Here's a little screenshot of it in Blender.

Little Magica Riot N64 Fan Demo Update!! I haven't done anything all week because I was kinda depressed and a little busy. Today I kinda fixed the camera, fixed some issues with some other scenes and started on the Main Menu cause I felt like it. The game now opens to the main menu too.

Magica Riot N64 Fan Demo Update!!! We're finally back with an update!! It's kinda good news too! I have movement kinda working again!! Only issue is it's extremely sensitive atm lol and I broke the camera somehow. I'm not entirely sure how I broke the camera tbh I haven't touched it's code.

I always forget this is a thing. Getting it running was actually a lot easier than I was expecting on Linux.

Little Magica Riot N64 Fan Demo Update! I have fixed the code that was crashing the game!! Still haven't gotten around to fixing some other stuff and currently movement isn't working. I'll be starting with getting the movement working properly next week when I'm hopefully feeling better.

Magica Riot N64 Fan Demo Update! Didn't get as much as I wanted to get done done but I mainly worked on textures and fixing some small things so the front of the building I was working on looks a little nicer now! Almost have all the textures I need for this level now too just need a few more.

Magica Riot N64 Fan Demo update! Got some of the front of the building done! Still need to make some textures and edit some stuff but this first of 3 main buildings is almost done. Spent way too long figuring out how I wanted to make the modular pieces for it tbh and I'm gonna redo some of it.

Small Magica Riot N64 Fan Demo Update! Didn't get a huge amount done today tbh as I started the day having to fix my OS. I was mainly grabbing reference for environments and sorted it into my PureRef file. I did make a brick texture and one of the pieces for a building in the 13th and Alder level

Then this is the one for "Eliminate Strikers". They literally want you to kill strikers asking for better working conditions.

This is the briefing for "Eliminate Squatters". Just casually, "we and the police can't do anything about them cause human rights and stuff but you can just go in and kill them".

I'm playing the OG Armored Core again and I'm gonna try to finish it this time. I forgot how fast this game goes "your not the good guy" lol. Immediately the first 2 missions are "Eliminate Squatters" and "Eliminate Strikers".

They also added a capsule collider!! Capsule colliders are very important for game dev! They are used for basically every moving character in every game as they are curved on the bottom making it so they don't get caught on corners or slopes. Here's what one looks like in Godot.

She has a small issue in engine though where it's not loading her textures. You might notice too her and they other girls in the background aren't crumpled into balls anymore. That's cause I updated the engine to the latest github commit. That may be why the textures haven't loaded for her?

There's also a cool restaurant I forgot to mention where you order food using lego bricks. That little lego build is for pork ribs, noodles and spring rolls, a fruit salad and a small charcuterie thing. It got given to us in these lego bento boxes that I wish you could buy tbh.
