You have to fry your fresh herbs for 40 mins. The taste is very nostalgic from my childhood and visits to Iran.

I'm making Gormeh Sabzi, the national dish of Iran, for the first time. It takes 2-3 hours to make. Even the vegan version.

A bunch of parsley, garlic, kidney beans, shiitake mushrooms, dried black limes, onions, chopped parsley and coriander.
