The type of the odd, the abnormal, and the strange. Despite the name, the psychic type is not explicitly supernatural. Many of these Pokémon are just incredibly intelligent or empathetic, capable of using their brain to its greatest potential. Of course, I’m the Pokémon world, greater access to the brain is a sure path to Psychic power. These Pokémon highly emphasize their special stats, being a tad more lackluster on the physical side. Yet these Pokémon make up for it with the wide span of moves that their intelligence allows them to understand and use.

With such odd versatility, these Pokémon are usually found in places just as mysterious as them, specific patches of grass with seemingly no meaning, odd sites of historical events, or somewhere that just doesn’t make any sense! Psychic types are intelligent and capable of strategy, and to be frank, using Psychic types without a strategy is something I hate to see, and you should too. Psychic types wide movesets allow incredible depths of strategies that other types are just not as capable with.

If you got this Type, you may be just like these Pokémon, full of empathy and intelligence, and a love for the things in the world that seem strange. Maybe you love the paranormal, or maybe a good puzzle, game, or strategy. If, somehow, you’ve never used a psychic type... oh please, you already know what I’m going to say, don’t you? Hell, that's what I do for my DnD group when we make certain jokes and I enjoy being the meme creator for most of it using nothing more than Imgflip to add text and MAYBE a poorly cropped picture once or twice. Hell, I threw together a crappy one in my art program once! It's not that hard!

Just an update regarding IRL situations involving stream and such.

I will be brutally honest and forthcoming with this. I screwed up and put myself in a corner where I was bound to fail from the start. I set an unrealistic timeline for myself, tried to grind myself to the stone to get it done, and ended up flopping so hard that everything crumbled down hard. I wish to go back and slap myself for thinking I could rush that hard when times are this shitty, bu nothing to be done about ti at this point.

First and foremost, the moving is on indefinite hiatus due to several factors, including my own mental health degrading faster due to the time crunch and stress to meet goals I had no way of reaching in such a short span with my small reach. I look at others in similar spheres and think I can reach those same goal posts, but I have to remind myself that I’m not them. I have to operate within my own limitations and my limitations don’t leave me with many options regarding the social aspect of streaming. Things have also happened on the end fo the friends I was looking to move in with and they need to focus on that more than anything else right now on top of the most stressful time of the year rolling in.

Second, I’m likely not going to hold any more “event” type things for streaming until I can get a reliable group of people to talk through things with. Trying to do it all on my own just isn’t feasible at this point. I consider myself disabled to the point that even the bare minimum of functioning to care for myself is a struggle, but not enough for a bureaucracy to recognize because I managed to “fake it” for the first year years of my adulthood. I forget to eat and drink multiple times a day, basic self-care feels like a chore most days, and I can just barely do things outside of my own little routine when I have the support of someone else. I need the help of others actively to get stuff done for the sake of a timeline and I don’t need the undue pressure of something I planned to cause further issues and stress.

Finally, I need to take time to figure things out for myself and the future. At best, I’m uncertain of things to come. At worst, I see no point as the world only grows worse and I can barely help myself, much less the world around me, so why should I care about anything? This latter thought has popped up multiple times when plans have crumbled or when I wake up to my brain having the worst of days. I know I need to do something about it, but I also feel like I’m juggling too much to figure out what to focus on at any given point. I barely have supports IRL and the few I do have can only help so much because of how fucked life is currently.

I have no idea what the future holds for me, if anything. I just want even one thing to start going right at this point to reignite some will to press on in me as right now it’s barely hanging on. Meds haven’t worked, time hasn’t worked, relocation is a pipe dream at this point, and I’m rapidly running out of reasons to not just tucked myself in a hole to be forgotten. It’s a mess and I barely know how to begin cleaning it up short of unhealthy means that’ll merely let me forget about the mess of it all. I just want life to be less of a struggle at this point.
