Clearly he is having some kind of mental breakdown and is out of touch with reality. Someone needs to give him an asafetida bag to suck on and put him in a home!
He also thinks the battles of Lexington and Concord took place in Philadelphia!!

This just happened Friday on the I-75 overpass near Cincinnati. Neo nazis carrying guns and flags with swastikas! We have to stand up to this hate!
