they sure *acted* like it was turbo. I remember lots of blow off valve noises from that car in the movie. did a quick check and there is also a line where Jesse specifically mentions the turbo in it. they don't show the full engine bay in the movie though, I assume because it wasn't a real turbo.

Stats from my run today, taken at various points. Running in Houston during the summer is pretty intense, so I'm actually really happy with this one.
then I saw Bane and the new puppy, who is officially named Ren now. she's a super sweety and ultra cutie. Bane is very nice to her, but when I'm in the enclosure he is so focused on me and only me 😆 #wolfdogs
then there's this freaking adorable interaction between Denali and Evie as Denali lifts her up and over his head. #wolfdogs
then there's Lyra and Nyko (the #wolfdogs that I'm hoping to adopt some day) with some extra cuteness from Nyko, who decided to let me get right in his face with my phone.

Danger has been one of my absolute favorite new songs to be recently added and I finally managed to move my arms fast enough at the end to get a double-S rank. I love the song itself and the movements. so so good. lots of personality, great beat. You're shaking hands with danger!

Put some corn and sunflower seeds in the backyard and then sat down on my back porch to watch the squirrels but it's just one juvenile going to town on it all 😅
Saw my favorite squirrel, Ginger, this morning and gave her a walnut.
new record on Untamed (getting close to SS now), new record for "hardest" song passed (6.11) with DABADABADABADABA, new record + full combo on RAD, and finally passed Danger again after failing the last 3 or 4 attempts (2 steps forward and 1 step back is always the way).
played some Beat Saber yesterday and decided to try Accelerate even though it's more blocks per second than I've ever done before, and amazingly I passed it. max I've done before is like 5.5 or so, this song is over 6.
