My cat is allergic to me ..i.e. HUMAN DANDER. I thought it meant DUSTMITES...but nope. It's the same battle, as dust mites feed on human dander...so reducing dander has always been the goal Today, she started on transdermal immunotherapy...so we'll see. It can take up to a year...but she's SO sweet.
Hi Marvin!! It's great to see you too! I am doing very well! I have thought of you often. How's life treating you? I'm still here taking care of my sweet cat...she has severe allergies, but I adopted her anyway.

View from the #ShonaCam. Late night drink.. Shona is in a soft cone most of the time due to her severe allergies. Honestly, she doesn't mind it. While she's so very gentle (at only about 9 lbs) and sweet, trying to "pill her" is impossible! #Caturday #CatsWithAllergies
You can get prescription food for a novel protein cat food. Novel protein examples are Duck, Venison, and Rabbit . Although I found this one Chewy ...that I believe doesn't have chicken in it.

Because we missed #Caturday Schöne Shona has severe allergies, and this flexible cone is awesome. She is the sweetest girl. I fostered her for nearly a year, and then I adopted her. Hopefully we will eventually try immunotherapy for her. Diese Katze spricht auch Deutsch..
Can't remember where I left off... My first foster cat is a (successful) failure. I adopted #FosterKittyShona. After a year of caring for her with her extreme allergies...and many infections due to atopic dermatitis....I couldnt let her go. We have been to a Dermatologist... #SchöneShona
