Burrito Night! 🌯 Added eloté con chile Poblano (corn with poblano chilli, imported from Mexico) to the refried beans. Sautéed four bell peppers, four jalapeños, and a whole onion. Added cheese and salsa to mine, hubby’s had seasoned chicken and sour cream. I did good tonight! 😋
Made my first gin and tonic! Two shots of gin, juice squeezed from half of a lime, and low calorie tonic water. Love lime juice in my “g and t!” 🍋🟩
Started my first ever veggie garden this year, back in April. Been some ups and downs, but my okra plants have been true champions. All that time and effort paid off. My first harvest! 🥹 So happy!

Dinner tonight: oat linguine in a sauce packed with veggies! Diced tomatoes, onion, crushed garlic, bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, and yes - black beans, Should last me all week! 🤤
Dinner tonight: pizza!! Mine: fresh sliced mushrooms, diced onions and peppers. Hubby’s: Pepperoni Both have my homemade pizza sauce and are on low carb flatbread. 🤤
