Sarah Bond and Phil Spencer are both leaving Xbox, and I feel very conflicted. On one hand, the damage the two of them have done to the Xbox console is irreparable. The console is done. Dead. Gone, forever. On the other hand, Phil pushing gamepass and backwards compatibility was great.
