In this President Obama appreciation day, I reflect back on when we had an intelligent, caring, thoughtful & respected President. I wish all the young voters understood what being a President should be. Young voters have no idea. All they know is Buffoon Trump & old Joe Biden. Pity them & us.
This poor boy sat in a shelter for over 5 years & didn't trust anyone. He hid under the bed for 5 weeks after we got him. He still won't let us touch him but he's spending more time out from under the bed while we're in his room. Still a long way to go, but we'll get there.

Never forget that January 6 was a violent insurrection urged on by a corrupt & narcissistic felon who refused to accept that he lost a free & fair democratic election.

Go Hawaii! First state to "overturn" Citizens United by changing the laws establishing corporations to say that corporations do not have the authority to interfere in elections! Corporations aren't people & shouldn't be treated like people! Hawaiians! Tell Governor Green to sign SB2471!!!
Never forget that our President led an insurrection against our government & has corrupted the other 2 branches of government & will try again to stay in power at the end of his term. The judiciary system has been so corrupted that federal judge candidates refuse to say he can't run for a 3rd term.
Billionaires bought our government & media. Mega-companies are making billions & taking over - destroying mop & pop & midsize businesses that're suffering from tariffs & inflation. Private equity is buying up medical & veterinary practices squeezing the profits... Doesn't bode well for the future.
Lost our 18 yo cat tonight. They never live long enough & it never gets easier. 💔
