I forgot the more solid thought I had relating to Xeno series that correlates to Alys’s lore. My Cross from Xenoblade Chronicles X, Delphia, is now Alys’s coWoL as of 7.4-7.5! But the decision to add her to Alys’s lore started as a “haha” because of 7.2 and XCXDE’s releases. Then it became too real.

I’m willing to push the envelope further. Xeno series perhaps through FF7?

Alys Voluntas is a crow! Funny thing but. I gave almost all of the Voluntas fam bird nicknames as I made Alys’s dad someone with an affinity for birds

Yes! Alys awakens to their form of Ultima after a moment in their lore between end of EW and start of patches, but I’ve already got an incantation mapped out for Alys’s Ultima :D (if you get both references in Alys’s incantation you get a Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar)

I love it when I realize out of nowhere Osvald’s pre chapter boss theme from Octopath Traveller 2 and part of Revolutions from FFXIV have the same music pattern. This edit may suck bc I tried to do it in iMovie in like 10 mins but bon appetit (The Alys image is there for silly little immersion)

Alys met Empy on a walk with Aymeric in the Empyreum district post Nidhogg. He was just a fledging crow that seemed to have lost his mother, to which Alys and Aymeric decided to help reunite Empy with his mother. Upon finding Empy’s mother, he was rather clingy to Alys soon surprising Alys- (1/2)

As of when I did EW patches a couple years ago, Alys’s glasses have become part of his design, though I’ve shifted them somewhat up in canon to them getting the glasses as of some time in ARR!

Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles - Words are not enough to state how much I loved this game. The story was fantastic, the gameplay was fantastic, and the art and voice direction really drew me into this game. Oh, and the music? MMMMM. It’s absolute peak. Please play it. NOW 👀
