A lovely last walk early this morning in Rome. Sun rising over Castel Sant'Angelo. Trains canceled between Roma Termini and Fiumicino, so a last minute panic to get one of the fewer and fewer taxis as the mobs realize there's no more apt train service.

Sorry for the last post. Celebrated WOC right on time and even in the same time zone. Enjoying the perfect summer weather with WOC on the river Wye. What a beautiful day it was, capped off another day of touring Roman history with the *perfect* pear cider on a riverbank #wineoclock
No rainbows here. Been pissing down incessantly, until an hour ago. This place beckoned now that the rain has stopped! Pretty sure you'll have passed by here once or twice in the past.
Happy to say that we are rapidly transitioning here from this, four days ago. Tomorrow, warm sun and 21c, so a pint on a patio is in order. We have such freaky weather here:
Hmm. Is that a new pergola overhead? Very envious of your t-shirt weather, grrrr! It's now our wine o'clock (7 hours behind and all that), and yes, that is SNOW, which has been falling the last three miserable days! So no tshirty weather here whimper winge.
