I feel very regal right now!

Exactly one year ago I was on the most incredible nude beach in Lisbon. We had to walk 3 kilometers in 108°F (42°C) heat to get to #praia19 (beach 19) aka the gay beach. What a spectacular day that I dream about often!

I wish I could be out there right now. It's amazing to freehike in the desert but to do it in a super bloom has to be incredible.

I spent my entire career writing about food, wine and cocktails for magazines and so forth, and it is still my passion. I'm now combining my passion for cooking and my passion for nudism. This past weekend, I did an online naked cocktail making class and it was so much fun. More adventures to come!

When winter feels endless, you grab any chance for warmth you can.

Great shirt. I recently had someone come up to me wearing a @naturistsymbol.org hat while I was wearing a T-shirt.

Putting the tree up is fun. Taking it down...not so much. My resolution of not procrastinating is really getting tested today.

I wore my @naturistsymbol.org T-shirt to the gym and a guy came up to me and said he loved my shirt and he was wearing a #naturistsymbol ball cap. Who knows where you'll connect with someone. He invited me to a #naturist holiday party. I think I'm going to make new #nudist friends thanks to this.

For #skinnydipday yesterday, I found a deserted stretch of beach on Lake Michigan. My only regret is no one wanted to come with me to enjoy the beach in the best way possible.

Isn't he the best??? He's drawn me a couple of times and I also was lucky to have him do a body painting on me.

Farewell Greece!

Last day on my Greek beach so I'm soaking up all the sun I can before heading to Copenhagen.

I can't begin to tell you how amazing this felt. I wish everyone could experience such total freedom at least once in their lives.

The Greek sun just seems to be more golden than back home.

When in Greece... well, you know the saying! 😉 Sun's out, and so are the Greeks on the beach! Feeling very "when in Rome, do as the Romans do" but with a Grecian twist. #naxos #naturism
