Not on chocolate, no. I will admit to understanding the appeal of mayonnaise & ketchup for chips, but only in shwarma (craving one of these now)
Thoroughly enjoyed today's T20 women's world cup between England & South Africa. Looking forward to the final on Sunday, though I think Australia will win...
Found these in a supermarket in Granada, Spain. I don't know what to say...
Good job the Ukranians were there, so my plane could leave safely! Somewhere over Egypt now
Packing. Clearing sooooo much crap. Panicking. Stressed. Gotta love moving
Israel wants a ground invasion, but using US troops & not their own. Americans, please stand up to your govt/regime. Don't do Israel's bidding
How's your day going? Along with all my classes (and my salary), my 2-week holiday in Malaysia, these have now been cancelled. Life really is exceptionally rubbish, and with no easy/affordable options
Well our little glimmer of hope this morning soon turned into incoming missiles. SHUT HIM UP. IMPEACH HIM. DO SOMETHING
Well that's hopefully a start. Although after this announcement we got bombed again, so we'll see
Now I'm fucking angry. Targeting the airport, energy & water??? Those are civilian, supplying the citizens & residents in Qatar. Bomb Trump & Netanyahu, it's their fucking war
I'll remember that when the next wave of missiles arrives overhead in Qatar
Fucking warmongering psychopaths. We've been advised to shelter in place in Qatar
This is Saudi panenka v Morocco in the Arab Cup. You'd think they'd take note 😂
A sunny day, a goal, & a clean sheet. Not bad for my first Watford game in 2 years
I have to leave to get my flight in less than 4 hours. Of course this match has gone to extra time... then 20 seconds in Jordan score a cracker & celebrate in front of the Morocco fans. Aaaaand VAR disallows it for handball. Yeah, this is going to proper kick off 😂
Arab Cup final time, Moroccos scored from their own half after just 4 mins - think Sarr v West Brom. Also the most rain I've ever seen in my 4.5 years in Qatar
I just looked up the rules, what's your interpretation (mine is that it should've been retaken)? I swear I don't understand football anymore...
Yup. I'm a 15 min walk from the stadium, but they've even closed the roads for pedestrians 🤦♀️ Anyway, here's my current view:
This is where I live. Literally every road south is closed (99% of my journeys go south). Diversion signs in place means tomorrow they'll also block the easiest route north that I have to use to go south. Gotta love living near a stadium. Over 3 weeks of this for just 6 matches
Yeah, not looking forward to that to be honest. But I do have actual proper winter clothes after my trip to Kashmir last year
Another good win for England u17s, 2-0 v South Korea & through to the last 16. Thoroughly enjoying watching this group of players
Thoroughly enjoyed the final group match, scoreline makes it appear easier than it was. Reigan Heskey (son of Emile) has been the stand-out player so far #u17worldcup
