Tidus is in the Omega Ruins bonus dungeon, and has opened the bottom-right treasure chest in the group of four, after having opened the first three (and having them disappear).
The item message reads "Obtained Warp Sphere x99!" This happens only if all twelve of a series of chests in the Omega Ruins are opened in one session, with none of them randomly selected by the game to contain a Mimic. (The twelve are in groups of two, three, three, and four. Each group is randomly given an assignment of whether it has a Mimic or not; each chest in a group and "No Mimic" have equal shares in that group. This results in 1/240 chance for none of the chests to have a Mimic. This chance resets every time you reload the Omega Ruins, but any group of chests that has been opened disappears permanently, making it impossible to open all twelve in one session.)
There is an frame rate counter in the top-left corner of the screen, showing a current FPS of 30. This is from a plugin installed on the system after having been jailbroken with Henkaku Enso.

Boo: screen protector broke. Yay: screen protector did its job; screen didn't break.

A OnePlus Watch 3, with a cracked screen protector on top of it, not correctly aligned. The protector was removed on breaking, and replaced haphazardly for the purpose of taking the picture.
