Plenty of work required to overturn the 15 point deficit on the safety score, but hopefully with eight players left, they'll achieve it. It would be helpful if Jackson could start, and score again. A good performance from Arsenal and Odegaard with a blank from Palmer will be very important.

Onwards and upwards... fourth green arrow in a row. From 896,598 after GW14 to here has continued to repair most of the damage after the fall from 97,804 after GW7. Both goalkeepers injured so will probably be reluctantly forced to sell one rather than replace Smith Rowe.

My next opponent in the cup could be tricky to get the better of.

The fightback continues. 799k in OR lost between GW8 and GW14 but 621k in OR regained in just the last three GW's. Hopefully, by GW20, I'll be back in the top 100k.

My next cup opponent has stuck with Haaland so hopefully my triple premium midfield can get the better of him. #FPL

My cup opponent for the weekend has managed to fit Salah, Saka, Palmer and Haaland into his team. Going to be an interesting challenge.

Seven red arrows in a row has been ruinous to my rank so I’m grateful for a green arrow to hopefully rebuild back to where I was and better.

The last few gameweeks have not been so good. Grateful I captained Palmer rather than Saka for this GW otherwise it would have been really ugly.
