Living in Marysville this summer. Every week a new closure or detour. Today a drive that usually takes under 5 minutes took almost 25 because of how many closures /traffic/detours lol

Prescription renewals
Virtual Care NB providers are able to provide prescription renewals for New Brunswickers without a primary care provider, or those who have a primary care provider but are unable to access them in a timely manner. To book an appointment for a prescription renewal, you must call Tele-Care 811.

Pharmacists are also able to renew many prescriptions and can help New Brunswickers with this need.

Working with a StatsCan study today on housing costs and it's...brutal. This is ONLY looking at median shelter costs and median hourly wages. So no other household spending. Just shelter. Here in NB the wage went up 19% (2020-23); shelter alone increased by 13.9% for owners and 19% for renters.

Two tables display data by Canadian province. Table 1 shows median hourly wage increase (2020-2023), highest in Prince Edward Island. Table 2 shows shelter cost inflation (2021-2024), with high increases in Alberta and Quebec.

Said goodbye to our 14 year old cat today, and I am shattered. We all have been crying off/on since I had to make the call to the vet at 8am to have him put to sleep. He declined so much in the last few weeks, esp the last few days; it was time. But I am heartbroken. Goodbye to the best boy ever 💔

My now 17 year old was TERRIFIED of photos of red-eyed tree frogs when he was around 4yrs old. When asked why, at the top of his little 4yr old lungs he yells: "HAVE YOU SEEN THEM??????" um, yes? To this day he's never explained it beyond "HAVE YOU SEEN THEM???"
