grant morrison's read of Gatwa's run is the best i have ever read about the era. Actually nails it in a way i hadn't articulated in my head - the fascinating thing about gatwa's era really is that it is a deeply weird, odd set of stories that were written expecting to be populist hits
to which i would say, treat others as you wish to be treated
